Debt Termination Program

In this program we will ask your lendors to "charge-off" an unsecured debt and mark it as uncollectable. In this case they will receive a tax break for the account and receive more funding by selling this account to a third party collection company for pennies on the dollar. The third party collectors are informed by our company that you do not have the funds to pay on this account at this time and will most likely sell the account to a new collection agency. We will continue to handle these accounts for a period of up to 7 years.

Why not just file bankruptcy? with bankruptcy you are unable to change or remove any of the damage that it has caused to your credit report. In this program you can also settle out any of these debts if you are able to get back on your feet again at no extra charge!

The main critera our company has for this program is to have at least $10,000.00 in unsecured debts. Other criteria are covered with you when speaking with one of our consultants regarding your financial situation. Depending on your states laws for debt collection you may qualify for this type of program.

Debt Settlement Program

This program is designed for people who have just got back on their feet after a large financial change such as a loss of income. This is a way to rebuild credit so that you can attempt to get a new loan for a car, house, or any other items you may be interested in financing. In this program we will work out a settlement with your creditor or collection agency to get the best deal for you.

Why pay someone to do this for you? Because we can get a better deal from these companies than you could. We have been settling accounts long enough to know what we can offer and expect to receive as an offer. We can't guarantee any results for this program but we can tell you that we can settle account for 40% of the total debt on average. Account have been settled by our company in the past for as low as 25% of the total debt!

Why not go with another company for this program? Other companies make you put your settlement funds in an account in their company. This allows them to gain interest on your money as an extra bonus on your account. If you default on a program with them you shouldn't expect to see much of that money (if any at all) refunded to you. We differ by having you pay us our fee to settle your accounts and let you know what amount should be put aside per month to settle your accounts in the required timeframe for your account. Also, during this program we will be contacted by your lendors and/or collectors instead of them calling you.

Debt Negotiation Service

This program is the same as consumer credit counseling for the most part. We will talk to you lendors, creditors, and/or collectors in order to negotiate a payment method that will better suit your current financial status. We can reduce or eliminate your interest rates on these accounts. In some cases we have acutally had any penalties removed from these accounts. The only fees you pay to us are for the services rendered. We do not take your money and pay your bills for you. This is due to the same reasons as stated for the debt settlement program above.
